We would like to welcome you to the best ARA/Vegan group on all social media, "VEGANS UNITED" Our goal and main mission. To help people understand that all lives are Important human and non-human. Most of all that non-human animals have the sophisticated rational abilities needed to have rights, to live and love just like us and should never be treated as products or commodities.
I must make this clear, with no ill will towards anyone. We will not treat vegetarianism as a stepping stone towards veganism any way whatsoever. We are a vegan group here for all vegans and people that want to learn to be vegan. We will not coddle or teach baby-steps to veganism, but we will help you be vegan and hope you will start to see and feel the same way we do about all sentient non-human animals.
Veganism: a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as possible and practical, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose. In dietary terms, it refers to the practice of dispensing with all animal produce, including meat, fish, wool, down poultry, eggs, animals milk, honey, and their derivatives. As vegans, we don't condone and never will any "Horseback riding~ Eating or using any backyard Chichen Eggs or Honey.
Unlike the word "vegetarian", the word "vegan" specifically implies moral concern for all non-human animals. Therefore the word vegan extends to more than just diet. Vegans don't wear leather, fur, wool or silk and are against Zoos, Circuses, Rodeos, Vivisection-animal testing and any other industry that exploits or abuses animals. #BeVegan. "We are "VEGANS" United.
We are caring Non-Speciesist Animal Rights Activist Vegans who care about all non-human animals and this planet.
This group, like all of #ONEfoundations of groups, are for people who want to be vegan, or currently already living A life of Veganism & ARA ~"Animal Rights Activists"
~.
We are independent freethinking non-human animal rights activists vegans. Who follow our own path. As a "free" grassroots level ARA/Vegan assemblage WE have the power to STOP this non-human animal holocaust now! Animal Rights Activism and Liberation is a Revolution to stop all Oppression.
Eco-Vegan For All Animals, the Environment & and a Healthier World. We are here to open the eyes of the blind flesh eaters.

A community based upon Veganism as a social justice revolution with our goals to UNITE all vegans to act as "ONE" powerful voice for all the voiceless non-human animals to help save all earthlings and this planet.
As we follow the Vegan Society Doctrine by Donald Watson. Veganism: a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as possible and practical, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose. In dietary terms, it refers to the practice of dispensing with all animal produce, including meat, fish, poultry, eggs, animal-derived milk's, honey, and their derivatives.
Unlike the word "vegetarian", the word "vegan" specifically implies moral concern for animals. Therefore the word vegan extends to more than just diet. Vegans don't wear leather, fur, wool or silk or any skin from any animal and are against zoos, circuses, rodeos, animal testing and any other industry that exploits or abuses non-human animals.

**************Guidelines and Rules for VEGANS UNITED*****************
Please feel free to post any topics relating to veganism and any associated issues that are part of our group standards and within rules, as posted below.*
~
*VEGANS UNITED is not a dating-hookup group so please no post that is just promoting dating other members.
~
*We really try our very best to always do everything we can to help all people to be vegan and we are a large quick and fluid group so we always must stay on top of everything going on but we can't see everything all over this group so please help us out on these simple things. We as vegan teachers can use all the help we can get from any good and lovely people that give their lives to being Vegan. So when you see a member post about riding on a horse looking for wild honey and giant Scottish backyard eggs lol :P Please let an Admin/Mod know so it can be removed.
**** No Religious or Anti religious post It's shown to do nothing but bring chaos to our group and will not be allowed.
~
*Graphic Post Not everyone visiting this group is vegan and these messages provide a compelling window into the reality that is commonly obscured.
For this reason, VEGANS UNITED will always allow some *Graphic Imagery.
As vegans, these images remind us of what we are fighting for. Based on the number of self-professed vegans who constantly defend animal exploitation in vegan groups, perhaps we need to be seeing MORE, not fewer images like this.
Complaining about these images will not make them go away from this group. The admins have made this point clear countless times.
~
* "Posting Screenshots" * VEGANS United is a closed group, therefore because of Facebook privacy rules and our own rules we don't allow any member to screenshot out of VU and into another group or a person's personal page for any reason at all doing this can get you removed from our group. Thanks for understanding that our members deserve respect.
~
*Please be civil and refrain from making personal attacks against other members ie no bashing members.
~
* Bivalves like mussels and oysters. ... “Clams and mussels and oysters are not plants and are not listed in any science book as plants" The fact they contain animal protein should let you know that they are off limits and not vegan to eat or harm in any way. *This is not open for debate.
~
Please respect all Mods & Admins, we do this to help the "world" be vegan. We spend some days all day working on our groups because we do our best to help everyone in our groups and give our lives to open the eyes of the world to end this war on all non-human animals and save this planet.
~
*Any posts promoting speciesism, racism, sexism, homophobia or anti-natalism will not be tolerated and immediately removed.
~
* Call to action post can't be posted in VU for the reason of Facebook rules and we must protect our group. “Call to Action” posts that encourage or result in the harassment of others on Facebook or other groups. Violations of FB rules can result in the permanent serious repercussions to VEGANS UNITED.
~
*Absolutely no turning off comments in any of our groups the OP will be removed immediately and a *Warning will follow Via' PM
~
*We are Animal Rights~Vegan, Non-speciesists human animals and we come in all shapes and sizes. We will not tolerate any "Body Shaming" at all in VEGANS UNITED.
~
*No advertising your product or service, it is considered spam and will be deleted along with any solicitations and this also applies to GOFUNDME or anything or way of asking for money for any reason.
~
*Please do not share any Francione propaganda, Francione's criticism of ARA does little to help alleviate the suffering of individual animals and also trivializes the efforts of workers in the field who handle cruelty cases. It also creates divisiveness within the animal liberation movement instead of focusing on shared goals.
~
*Beekeeping, Honey, Backyard Chicken Eggs and Horseback riding "IS NOT VEGAN" and will not be up for conversation or debate. All post will be removed without notice. *
~
*This is not the place for any Abortion and Antinatalism ie Anti-Birthers all post will be removed.
~
Plants are NOT sentient beings and Honey, Eggs, and Horseback riding or Riding any non-human animal is animal exploitation and Is "NOT VEGAN!"
~
*No Vaccines or PRO or Anti-GMO Propaganda. This Is not open for debate. We are all Anti-GMO in ONEfoundation but we also know so many paid spokespeople it's scary so we try and keep it simple and not open for debate.
~
*Cat food is not open for debate and will be deleted. There are groups just for this topic: Vegan cats etc. *(This does not apply to "Vegan Dogs) and what vegan dog foods people use.)
~
**We @ VEGANS UNITED do not condone the use of any non-human animal for any reason. (Service Animals) This topic is not open for debate, for example, ~ Non-speciesists vegans do not condone the use of any non-human animal "service animals" for any reason this includes but not limited to dogs, dolphins, horses etc. These sentient animals are not on this planet to become items that belong to any one person, army, governments and police departments. Until a non-human animal can sign a consent form you have no right to have them sniff out bombs, jump out of planes or chase people down. Again this topic is not open for debate ** "We also understand some human beings have companion animals for medical reasons and that is between you and your moral baseline, not ours."
All post will be removed without notice. **
~
*Please do not share any pro hunting pages/groups or YouTubers bashing veganism. The reason why all these psychopathic asshats get paid per click and will say anything to get you to visit a page or view a video so please don't share them in our groups because they will be removed without notice.
